Terms and Conditions

All correspondence regarding Tours, Travel Services, and bookings should be addressed to our company, M/s. Dream Day Tours, Jaipur. Our Golden India Triangle Tours is either a parent or branch company under India Tour Experiences.

Booking

Currently, upon confirmation of your booking, your contract will be with M/s. Dream Day Tours. Once we operate independently under Golden India Triangle Tours in the near future, we will update our terms and conditions accordingly. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the advance payment from you. Deposit For our India tour services, you are required to pay a minimum deposit of 40% of the total cost to secure your booking. For wildlife tour bookings, a minimum deposit of 60% is required, as safaris are mostly non-refundable due to policies from the wildlife authorities of the Indian government.

Balance Payment

Balance payment can be made in cash, or you may deposit the payment 21 days prior to the start date of your India tour services with us. For quick bookings made within one month or earlier, we will operate on a full payment basis and will send you the details via email according to the booked tour category. If you book any special activity or service that is additional to the tour or customized, we will update you on the payment details via email at that time by the Golden India Triangle Tour team

Payments

All payments should be made in the name of M/s Dream Day Tours.

Domestic Payments

You can make domestic payments using any of the following methods:

- Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft

- Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

International Payments

Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:

- Bank transfer to our bank (bank details to be provided)
