We have a very accommodating cancellation policy. Our terms and conditions are as follows: A tour is a combination of love, care, experiences, emotions, adventure, history, and memories. However, when it comes to our cancellation policy, it involves logistics such as hotel reservations, transportation, guides, travel partners, concierge services, safari arrangements, and various experiences. While we truly want to avoid canceling tours for our wonderful family and friends, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise that require quick decisions. With Golden India Triangle Tours, when you book your India tour experience, you can feel at ease with our cancellation policies. We break down all sections related to your tour package and provide you with a proper refund whenever possible. At the time of booking, we will send you all the details, including cutoff dates and standard cancellation policies. For all Wildlife Tour bookings, please note that the full amount paid for the safari is non-refundable. Cancellations for hotels, transportation, flights, and train bookings will be handled according to their standard policies at the time of booking. If you fall under this category, we will refund you accordingly. Cancellation Charge: We only charge for the operational costs associated with your tour file, which is approximately 20% of the total booking amount Children under the age of 5 can join our tours for free. For family tours, we have a complimentary system: if there are a minimum of 4 adults, we provide a free tour for children under 12. We offer many more promotions and will keep you informed about them during your upcoming tour experience in India with us!
